Mission Operations Center

The ABEX MOC is located at the Systems Management and Production Center (SMAP) facility at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. The SMAP provides a full mission control suite with data connections to the Near Space Network for spacecraft Command & Control. Data downlinked by the satellite will be provided from the NSN to the MOC for further processing.
